Integration
Telme + BankID
Mobile BankID for login and signing — in web and app, linked to the Telme account.
With Mobile BankID in Telme, staff, customers and external parties get trusted identification without separate password accounts. The user starts BankID in the app or via QR code, Telme follows status in real time and creates a session when identification is complete.
If BankID is not yet linked to a Telme account, the flow can add SMS verification of the mobile number — so person and phone number are bound securely before login completes. The same pattern is used in Telme Go for field login.

What you get
Secure identification with Mobile BankID — login, linking and signing in Telme and Telme Go.
- Login with BankID
- Users identify with Mobile BankID in web or app — on the same device or via QR code on another device. Telme waits for status and signs them in when signing is complete.
- Link to Telme account
- BankID can be linked to the user’s Telme account. Next time is faster — and you know who actually logged in.
- SMS when number is missing
- If a verified mobile number is missing after BankID, the flow adds an SMS code. Personal identity and mobile number are bound before the session is created.
- Telme Go in the field
- The same security level in the app: Mobile BankID for login, option to link BankID after mobile login, and reminders if linking is missing.
- Signing in the workflow
- Beyond login, Mobile BankID is used for signing and approval in order and document flows — e.g. work orders, protocols and agreements.
Common questions
Do all users need Mobile BankID?
No. Telme can still use regular login where it fits. BankID is the secure option for those who must be identified or sign — often technicians, admins or external parties.
Does it work in both web and app?
Yes. The web flow supports BankID on the same device or via QR code. Telme Go has matching choices for Mobile BankID and mobile number.
What if BankID is not linked to the account?
After a successful BankID signing, Telme may ask for SMS verification of the mobile number and link the identity to the account. Then the session is created.
Is Telme a BankID partner?
BankID is an established e-ID via the banks. Telme integrates BankID into your flows — BankID agreements and terms are handled via your bank or BankID provider.
